The Farm Service Agency (FSA) is an agency of the U.S. Department of Agriculture that provides a variety of agricultural programs and services to farmers, ranging from farm loans, crop insurance, conservation programs, and disaster assistance programs.
RAFI-USA has developed a wide range of resources and training to help farmers understand what FSA programs might benefit their operations and how to access them. We also are able to provide one-on-one FSA loan technical assistance to farmers of color located in the Southeast. U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
Visit these pages to learn more about how FSA can support farming operations. FSA services include:
- Low-interest loans (microloans available)
- Crop insurance
- Conservation programs
- Disaster relief programs
