Sebastian supports Florida Organic Growers (FOG) in their work by providing hands‑on technical assistance and mentorship to farmers across the Southeast — helping strengthen organic transition pathways and grow resilient, sustainable agricultural communities. Sebastian brings a deep‑rooted appreciation for land stewardship and community learning. With training in environmental engineering, he has supported farmers across the U.S., Ecuador, and Kenya — and even ran his own certified organic farm in upstate New York, raising sheep, garlic, and potatoes.
