Wendy is the Executive Director of Nourish Colorado, a Denver-based, statewide-focused organization that strengthens connections with farms, ranches, and communities so that all Coloradans have equitable access to fresh, nutritious foods. In her current position, Wendy actively works on state and federal policy priorities that advance Nourish’s mission and collaborates with hundreds of partners across the state and nation to get policies passed that build a more equitable, resilient food system. Wendy currently holds appointed positions on the Colorado Food Systems Advisory Council and the board of the National Sustainable Agriculture Coalition. She is a former board member of Boulder Food Rescue and the Colorado Extension Advisory Committee.
