Tiffany Bellfield El-Amin is a third-generation farmer, who works with her husband and daughter to steward her family land in Madison County, Kentucky. Tiffany’s work focuses on creating a pollinator conservative that also serves as a community space. In addition to her work at the farm, she has a long career as an agricultural justice advocate, currently serving as Farm System Equity Organizer at Community Farm Alliance. She is also co-creator of the Kentucky Black Farmers Conference and is leading the work of the Kentucky Black Farmers Association. Tiffany is using her grant award to reinforce Ballew Estates Regional Farm Kitchen and Distribution with new appliances such as sinks, freezers, and a generator to start serving her farm community with aggregation and more in winter 2024.
