On May 3, 2022, the Socially Responsible Agriculture Project held a Facebook Live panel discussion on the Packers & Stockyards Act (part of a series called Poultry Cracked Open). RAFI-USA’s Aaron Johnson, Project Manager for the Challenging Corporate Program, joined SRAP staff in discussing how strengthening the Packers & Stockyards (PSA) Act can better protect farmers from deceptive, anti-competitive practices. Michael Diaz and Craig Watts (former Crisis Hotline staff member at RAFI-USA) participated in the panel moderated by Julie Wilson of SRAP.
