Project Snapshot:
Blanca Moreno of Crescent City, FL and fellow farmers are collaborating to grow seedlings to backyard farmers. Working together, they are purchasing soil, compost, fertilizer, and pest control in bulk in addition to sharing tools and equipment. The group is helping each other to build farm infrastructure and exchanging knowledge and experience. They are diversifying their crops to ensure these small farms are financially sustainable.
