White House Proposed Initiative Would Replace SNAP Benefits with Food Boxes

A White House-proposed Initiative, called “America’s Harvest Box”, would replace SNAP benefits with food boxes, and would affect millions of SNAP households by replacing a portion of their EBT benefits with packaged, U.S-grown and produced food.
